What this platform does

Mutual Transfers Punjab is a privately operated platform intended to help teachers discover potential mutual-transfer opportunities. It is not a government service and does not approve or guarantee transfers.

Profile visibility

Matching cards are designed to show limited compatibility details before the required acceptance stages. Teacher names, school names, email addresses and mobile numbers should remain hidden until the configured disclosure conditions are satisfied.

Messages and reports

Authorized administrators may review internal conversations and reports for safety, moderation, investigation and dispute handling. Access should be restricted and logged.

Verification and documents

Employment information and supporting evidence may be reviewed by authorized staff. Retention depends on the applicable policy, legal holds, active investigations and audit requirements.

Security

The system is designed to use secure password hashing, access controls, session protections, audit logs and backup procedures. Users should use a unique password and keep account recovery information secure.

Account deletion

Account deletion requests require administrator review. Records may be retained where required for legitimate operational, audit, legal or investigation purposes.
